  • To modify, cancel or change the time of your reservation, please click on the "MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION" button in your reservation confirmation email. All modifications or cancellations must take place before you enter the 72 hour window of time before your reservation start time. Once it is 72 hours or less window before your reservation time, no modifications may take place, and no refunds can be issued. However, you are welcome to transfer the reservation to another person by reaching out to info@hookhall.com

  • The reservation fee is just that, a fee to rent your space with the amenities. The fee does not go towards your food or drink tab.

  • If you’re running late, please give us a call at (202) 629-4339 and let us know.

    Reservations have time caps and are limited to 2 hours. Reservations start at the time of the actual reservation and not upon arrival.

    After 30 minutes from the start of your reservation, we will make your reservation available to another party. If you show up later than 30 minutes, and your reservation has been given up, we will try our best to find you a new table, but we do not make any promises.

  • Guests are unable to bring outside food to Hook Hall. However, we've partnered with Sonny's Pizza for convenient on-site dining. Order from your phone via the QR code in our menu and enjoy a variety of pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and more, delivered right to Hook Hall for free.

    If you’re celebrating a milestone event and want to bring in cupcakes or cake, those are permitted. Please note that Hook Hall does not have serving ware onsite for guests, you will need to bring your own forks and plates (and candles!).

    We do not allow guests to bring outside beverages (including alcohol) to Hook Hall. Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate removal from our facility.

    We reserve the right to inspect all bags.

  • Yes! Walk-up reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability.

  • Your credit card will reflect a pre-authorized $50 charge for PCI compliance. It’ll disappear in 48-72 business hours and you won’t be charged. You will only be charged the amount on your tab (bill) when you close out. Please note that a 20% hospitality fee is added to all checks.

  • For the safety of our staff, Hook Hall is a cashless venue.

  • Sure thing, bring your four-legged friend, gecko, parrot, or hamster. Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times.

  • Hook Hall would be thrilled to host your next big event. Celebrate your birthday in our themed garden, which has several options for reservable areas with different capacity limits. Please feel free to bring a cake or cupcakes!

    Please note we do not have plates/cutlery onsite to serve your guests; do bring your own if you and your loved ones choose to bring cakes or cupcakes.

  • Each reservable area has its own capacity limits; if you are looking to expand your guest count, please contact info@hookhall.com.

  • Hook Hall is a SMOKE & VAPE FREE venue. If you wish to smoke or vape, please use the designated smoking area outside of the front gate.

    And this goes without saying -- no illegal substances.

  • No, only the reservation fee.

  • Check-in with a hostess or server! Reservations can only be extended in 2 hour increments and will be available based on availability only.

  • No, if you book last minute within inside the 72-hour window, you are locked in and cannot unless you want to transfer your reservation.
